Day 3 @ CGI Coonawarra

TUESDAY: The second full day of CGI saw campers enjoying one of Coonawarra's latest activities for the first time: Rock Climbing. Campers helped each other make it to the top of the Rock Wall, and had a great time. Moving over to hi-school, Horse Riding was enjoyed by (most) all, with an exiting bush route used, and real cowboy boots for all the participants to wear.
In learning classes, Primary division is currently learning all about which oil and wicks can be used for light Shabbos Candles, in line with the "Shabbos" theme of Priamry Camp. Hi School enjoyed a Shuir by Levi Druin on the how and why of Cholov Yisroel, and the Yeshivas Kayitz division is busy learning Perek Haboneh of Mesechta Shabbos, in depth with Rabbi Cohen. Yeshivas Kayitz was also treated to a Tubing trip, together with Year 9 of the High School division, which was a truly enjoyable experience for the 50+ participants.
To wrap up the day, a (suprise) Staff BBQ was organized to celebrate Director Moshe Kahn's birthday, where a small speech was made, and birthday cake was distributed to all.

Day 2 @ CGI Coonawarra

MONDAY: The first full day at CGI Melbourne saw campers enjoying some great activities, such as Coonawarra's famous Giant Swing, Flying Fox, and Canoeing. The "Team Initiative" obstacle course activity was enjoyed by many bunks, as well as the "usual" game of soccer and footy. "My Day My Way" also began, with 5 options available: Cooking, Woodwork, Fitness, Sports, and First Aid. The activities were enjoyed by all, camper and counselor alike.
Learning Classes properly kicked off today as well, with campers learning all the Laws of Shabbos Preperation, as well as learning about the Beis Hamikdosh.
Night Activity was a fun "Brother vs Brother", where two brothers were selected, and questioned on their brothers day-to-day conduct.
